In a first for the series, Dragon Ball Z: Tenkaichi Tag Team invites players to launch themselves into punishing two vs. two combat on PSP system. Take on the deadly Dragon Ball Z legions solo, or team up with friends via Ad Hoc through single and multiplayer gameplay modes including Dragon Walker, Battle 100 and Survival.

That’s not all folks…there’s even ANOTHER story mode that follows the entire arc from the Saiyan to the Buu saga. It’s not like this wasn’t already featured in the 100 other DBZ Tenkaichi and Budokai games, but I guess gamers just can’t get enough of redoing 20 hours worth of combat.

The goal in Dice Dice Fantasia is to try to clear an assigned quest, which is usually to collect certain special items or spoils and drop them off at a specified temple location. Players choose a character, who appears on board riding in a cute little go-kart, and set out, encountering special events, random battles and such. There’ll be three modes – Story, Free Play and Ad-Hoc Communication. Up to four players will be able to jump in and play along if they have the game.

When it comes to battles, it your character isn’t really the one fighting. You have soldiers serving and working with you. and they deal most of the damage to opponents. As for how it works, it’s sort of a turn-based, card battle system with a die determining attacks. When a battle begins, you see a card on the left with the opponent’s picture on it and its hit points underneath. Your four chosen cards then attack in order, dealing damage to the enemy. (You set the order of your card soldiers before battles.) The dice part comes into play once you choose "attack" or "strategy" to deal damage. You’ll then have to press again to see just how much you do to the opponent.

Nippon Ichi unveiled Disgaea Infinite and it isn’t a strategy RPG. Actually, it isn’t even a RPG, it’s a visual novel with a time loop feature.

Disgaea Infinite borrows the gameplay system from Infinite Loop, a Japan-only text adventure game Nippon Ichi developed for the PSP, and stars characters from the Disgaea universe. Laharl, Etna, Flonne, Mao, and Raspberyl are in the game.

But, none of them are the lead character. The story is about one Prinny’s long day trying to solve an attempted murder mystery. This particular Prinny gains the ability to possess other characters and hear their thoughts, abilities the Prinny will need to use to find the truth.

Created by Capcom, Darkstalkers is a 2D fighting game port from the debunked Sega Dreamcast. Battle different enemies from vampires, mummies, werewolves and the like. Darkstalkers continue to captivate fighting fans with Capcom's devastating special attack attribute building from combos and damages.

Characters are well designed as usual from Japanese creators, backgrounds are cleanly built, with the special option of selecting wallpapers for the traditional 4x3 relational aspect screen. Sounds are greatly made just like more powerful gaming consoles which will give you that nostalgic trip to the traditional arcade feeling.

Wifi connectivity is also available for thumb bashing multiplayer mode to battle other game owners.

One bad point about the game is its controls. Controls are better in console versions maybe because of the limitations of the PSP.

Darkstalkers: Chronicles of Chaos is still a good game to get because of its good features which will make fans relive old fighting games experiences.
